In her relatively short career, Mi$$ Divine has become a well established name on the South West DJ circuit and is definitely one to look out for in the future.
After becoming a resident at Marc Vedo's award winning session Koolwaters in weston Super Mare, Mi$$ Divine played alongside the usual suspects, Lisa Pin Up, John Kelly and Anne Savage among others. Her ability and her uncompromising attitude towards rocking the dance floor at Koolwaters eventually led to packed venues in Tenerife at Ministry of Sound and club Illusion in Belgium.
This ultimately led to a booking for the Berlin Love Parade in summer 2003. As well as playing weekenders abroad, Mi$$ Divine also played in Skegness early on in the year for the Max Power Weekender where she supported Rebekka and Radio 1 DJ Spoony. Mi$$ Divine also plays at music seminars at various locations around the country, the latest two events being Earls Court in September 2003 for her corporate sponsors Citronics and in November 2003 at Birmingham NEC for IDJ Magazine.
Mi$$ Divine’s salubrious talents are not just for clubs. Listeners to Vibe 101 FM (formally known as Galaxy 101 FM) have had the privilege of listening to her being interviewed on the dance show before playing alongside the infamous Farley 'Jack Master' Funk which was broadcasted live across her native South West.
Mi$$ Divine's versatility has secured her various residencies across the South West, including a funky house session called Funktion, a hard dance night called $kint a monthly slot at SoundCity U.K’s Seduction, As well as being the 1st female funky house resident for Bristol's biggest dance night Scream.
Forever looking for more involvement in the music scene Mi$$ divine also promotes a under 18's night called 'CANDY' and a Drum & Bass night called 'Divine Ignition'.
If Mi$$ Divine was asked to name the biggest highlights for her this year, she would say playing after Harry 'Choo Choo' Romero to a well warmed up crowd, or playing in Russia at an outdoor swimming pool party as the sun was setting but, if you were to ask many of the South West top promoters the same question they would say is the best is yet to come.
