Mad Professor

In the deepest darkest depths
of the most southwesterly town in Cornwall a new group
of promoters under the name of Dynamite are bringing some
of the finest hip-hop acts to Cornwall. However on the
night of our visit to club 2000 the Mad Professor and his
Ariwa sound-system were playing. Having never been on a
night out in Penzance before, I was unsure what to expect.
The venue was perfect for the Mad Professor's deep, dark,
rumbling bass sound as he played a selection of slang-tang,
steppers and even a few drum & bass classics. My only
ctritisism of the night was the clubs sticky carpets which
made it difficult to dance, and gave my legs a good work-out,
(in fact they didn't recover until Wednesday! - ha ha).
Thankyou to Club 2000 for their hospitality, and thankyou
to Dynamite for bringing some quality sounds to Cornwall.
